Many people’s favourite holiday destination is actually one of the most spiritually needy countries on earth. Nominally Roman Catholic, the country has been deeply secularised since the end of the Franco dictatorship.
SAMS partners the tiny Spanish Episcopal Reformed Church (IERE) in its ministry to native Spaniards and the growing immigrant population, many from Latin America. SAMS also supports the strategic work of the SEUT seminary which seeks to build up the evangelical churches of Spain and Latin America through its residential and distance-learning programmes. |
