Recipes: a taste of South America

Fancy a milanesa? Or a feijao? How about a suspiro limeño, or real dulce de leche? What about inviting folk to a South American meal in aid of SAMS? Whatever, take a look at Latin Cuisine, the SAMS book of South American recipes below.

Introduction
Many South American dishes are common to the whole continent - though probably with slight variations by country. Staple ingredients would include sweet corn, pumpkin or squash, beans & pasta.

Latin Cuisine contains more than 60 pages with dozens of recipes under a variety of section headings. Each section can be accessed below and downloaded as a PDF document with A5 pages. Alternatively the complete booklet may be purchased from SAMS. Most of these recipes are relatively easy to prepare and will enable a variety of South American meals to be enjoyed, perhaps in the context of an event focussing on South America.
